Spring vale wines welcomes you to experience generations of farming and winemaking tradition.
With the farm established in 1875 and vineyards later in 1986, spring vale is woven into the fabric of the region, combining deep heritage with contemporary practices to create wines bursting with character and honest value.

Enhance your visit by reserving a table at Apéro Bistro, our seasonal vineyard restaurant open exclusively in summer. Here, local Tasmanian produce is showcased in thoughtfully crafted dishes, designed to pair harmoniously with Spring Vale’s finest wines.

An Evening with Spring Vale

Settle in for an unforgettable evening of exceptional food, East Coast wine and live entertainment at Spring Vale Vineyard.
At the heart of the evening is a six-course degustation carefully curated by Stephen Kean, with each course designed to showcase seasonal flavours and complement a selection of Spring Vale wines.
Across six courses, discover thoughtful food and wine pairings while hearing more about the wines in your glass and the place they come from. From elegant cool-climate whites through to celebrated Pinot Noir, each pairing is an opportunity to experience Spring Vale from a different perspective.
As dinner unfolds, live entertainment throughout the evening will set the scene, creating a relaxed and intimate atmosphere to linger over each course, share the table and enjoy the vineyard after dark.
Beautiful food, carefully matched wines and live entertainment come together for one of Great Eastern Wine Week’s special dining experiences — an evening designed to be savoured from the first pour to the final course.
