This 2010 Pinot from a warm and good yielding vintage has been maturing in our museum cellar and is now available in limited numbers. Savoury notes from french barrels are balanced by sour cherry with an intensity that will match perfectly with duck rillettes or pan-roasted Tasmanian wallaby loin crusted with mountain pepperberries.
